Start with structure, not prose
Ask the model for an outline, argue with the outline, then write. The first draft you accept sets the tone for everything after it.
Keep the specifics
Generic writing comes from generic input. Feed the model the numbers, the incident, the exact quote from the customer call.
Edit ruthlessly
- Cut every sentence that could open any article.
- Replace adjectives with facts.
- Read it aloud once before publishing.
Use AI to remove the blank page, not to remove yourself.
